|No one can hear me||If required for your mic/preamp, check that 48-V phantom power is ON.|
|Others hear me only in their left ear||Try setting your capture/send channels to 2 (mono mix).|
|Someone is echoing||Ensure audio in any 3rd-party video platform is completely disabled:
|Extremely (garbled) audio and/or FAILED displays on STAGE||
|Number of buffered packets from remote user ratcheting up||
|Change I/O Settings message||Check STAGE settings for audio input and audio output .|
|Audio not ready error/yellow highlighting of your username||Change your sample buffer to something else and then back.|
|Soundjack application keeps crashing on my Mac as I repeatedly load the STAGE.||
STAGE settings can be adjusted even while the Soundjack application is crashed, so you can
